Lady Health Visitor

The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) program at Riphah International University, Sahiwal Campus is designed to prepare skilled female healthcare professionals who play a vital role in primary healthcare delivery, particularly for women and children. The program equips students with the knowledge of maternal and child health, community health, family planning, preventive healthcare, and basic clinical practices.

Through classroom instruction, clinical practice, and community-based training, the LHV program empowers students to provide essential healthcare services in both urban and rural settings. Graduates of this program are prepared to work in hospitals, clinics, health centers, and community projects, thereby significantly contributing to improving public health outcomes in Pakistan.

Applicants must have completed Matric (Science) with at least 45% marks. Candidates with F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) will be given preference.

Admission is based on a merit system that evaluates both academic record and performance in the test/interview:

• 60% weightage for academic qualifications.
• 40% weightage for admission test/interview results.
