The Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) is one of the largest constituent parts of Riphah International University in terms of student body. It is the largest business school in the region in terms of graduate student body. We at FMS, endeavor to teach life not livelihood, and focus on enabling our students for lifelong learning. Dr. Sania Riaz is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director Academics at Riphah International University, Sahiwal Campus. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Royal Holloway, University of London, where her research explored the psychology of online privacy decisions and the “privacy paradox” in digital environments. With over a decade of teaching experience at both Riphah and COMSATS University, she has taught a wide range of courses spanning business, management, psychology, and quantitative subjects. Her research interests lie at the intersection of technology, privacy, and human behavior, complemented by a strong passion for innovative pedagogy and curriculum design. As a proactive educator, Dr. Riaz is committed to fostering student engagement, encouraging critical thinking, and mentoring the next generation of researchers and professionals.
