Vision & Mission
Riphah International University was established in 2002 as a private university, officially chartered by the Federal Government of Pakistan. It aims to provide quality education and develop advanced educational institutions with a primary emphasis on instilling Islamic ethical principles.
The mission of the Islamic International Medical College Trust (IIMC-T) is to address the decline in academic standards within the Muslim Ummah by establishing new educational institutions in Pakistan and engaging renowned scholars and scientists. The Trust emphasizes nurturing Islamic ethical values among students, preparing them to become competent and ethical Muslim professionals in fields such as medicine, engineering, and social sciences.

Our Core Values
The Islamic value system draws its legitimacy from two universal realities: tawhid and ‘adl, or Allah’s unity, uniqueness, and attribute of fairness. For our convenience, we have selected six major values as the basis of our policies and practices. These are complemented by equally important behaviors prescribed by the Qur’an and the Sunnah for a socially responsible society and organization.
1. Al-Akhirah (آخرت) — Hereafter-Oriented Decisions
Meaning: Making decisions while remembering that we are accountable to Allah in the Hereafter.

2. Itiqan (اتقان) — Excellence

3. Mushawarah (مشاورت) — Consultation
Meaning: Making better decisions by consulting others, listening to their opinions, and respecting different perspectives.

4. Ijtima‘iyah (اجتماعیت) — Teamwork

5. Rahmah (رحمت) — Compassion
Meaning: Treating others with kindness, patience, empathy, and understanding.

6. Muhasabah (محاسبہ) — Accountability and Self-Reflection
